Ingredients
  1. 2 kilos of mussels in Spain
  2. 400 g of sausage meat
  3. 2 whole eggs
  4. 3 small toasts (or 3 heaped tablespoons of breadcrumbs blond)
  5. 4 garlic cloves
  6. 3 yellow onions
  7. 1 bunch of fresh herbs Assorted (parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary, dill, cilantro, basil, chervil)
  8. 100g smoked bacon
  9. 1/2 liter of fresh tomato sauce (fresh tomatoes, white wine, onions, garlic, herbs de provence)
  10. olive oil
